There are many effective ways to tackle with the acute risks beforehand. The government is recommended to establish a mandatory e-safety course thoroughly across the whole area. Moreover, the government can prohibit or restrict access to certain websites. The above-mentioned solutions would serve as an efficient means to instruct and protect these new users from probable threats from the virtual world of Internet.

The Internet, widely acknowledged as one of the precursors to development, should be in the highest priority when taking the matter of raising living standards in deprived areas into account. The usage of the World Wide Web is not to be considered a hobby, but rather a necessity in today increasingly digital society.
